Our business involves the marketing and promotion of property for sale and to rent on behalf of professional property agents, property developers and property marketing specialists, who are our customers. In addition to providing marketing and promotion opportunities Biens Connus Limited and France Property Showcase offer to our customers website software design and development services and website hosting on our own servers.
Occasionally opportunities do emerge within our web design, development and hosting departments as well as in finance and administration.

Licensee Program
A decision was taken on July 1st 2008 to expand the sale and marketing of our advertising services and real-estate software sales in France (France Property Showcase) by the recruitment of up to 25 Exclusive Licensees, each with effective autonomy over business and promotion within their territory.
The role of Exclusive Licensee is akin to a franchisee, however the virtual nature of our business-model does not lend itself well to franchising. That having been said anyone with a fundamental grasp of the entrepreneurial advantages of franchising will understand our Licensee Program and anyone suitable will be pleased to discover the low entry costs and high returns available from our Licensee Program.
Our Licensee Program is a risk-free program in-so-far as potential Exclusive Licensees may try non-exclusive licensing first to determine whether their abilities and our Licensee Program are a good match.
